When I came across this Tesla machine, it seemed like the only option was to purchase one from 100 years ago on Etsy (and you can, and some of them are still working after 100 years!)
But, there's no guarantee you won't get electrocuted.
The other option seemed to be weakish cosmetic machines aimed at acne and wrinkles.
